Welcome to Union Public Schools Supplier Registration page. Whether you are an existing supplier, invited supplier, or want to register for bid opportunity notification, supplier registration is a first and necessary step. The school district has implemented an e-Procurement solution to help you register, update your information, notify you of upcoming bids and quote opportunities, and respond to bids and quotes electronically.
The supplier registration process includes the use of commodity codes. These codes help the school district identify the materials, equipment and/or services your company provides. You will need to select at least one (1) commodity code during the registration process. If you are registering for bid notifications, selection of commodity codes is necessary.
