The Oklahoma Caring Van will provide FREE immunizations during a stop at the Union Enrollment Center, 6011 S. 89th E. Ave., on Monday, August 10, from 1:30 to 4 p.m., and on Wednesday, August 12, from 9 a.m. until noon.
Immunizations are required for children entering pre-k, kindergarten, seventh grade and college.
A parent or legal guardian must be present to complete paperwork.
Please bring a current shot record.
Services provided to children who are uninsured, Medicaid eligible, or American Indian.
