Union Finance Earns ASBO Certificate For 33rd Consecutive Year

For the 33rd year in a row, the Finance Division for Union Public Schools has received the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) for its comprehensive annual financial report for 2023-2024.
This award represents a significant achievement and reflects Union’s commitment to transparency and high-quality financial reporting.
“Great news! For the 33rd year in a row, Union has received the ASBO International Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting. This recent honor is for FY 23-24,” said Chief Financial Officer Trish Williams.
Williams said the honor is shared by the team of personnel working together in the finance department including Jessica Wright, director of financial reporting/treasury; Lindsey Yandell, director of accounting; and Christine Gonzales, director of federal programs, and all of their staff.
