One of the biggest questions we hear from new players and parents is, “What does each position actually do?”

Whether your athlete dreams of scoring goals as an Attackman, covering the entire field as a Midfielder, shutting down opponents on Defense, or protecting the cage as a Goalie, every position plays a vital role in the team’s success.

The best part? Many players try several positions before finding the one that fits them best—and that’s all part of the fun of learning the game!
