This school calendar includes five Snow Days for 2026-27, which are May 19, 20, 21, 24 and 25; in the event that inclement weather exceeds the allotted five Snow Days, the school board would decide whether to add additional school days to the calendar that extend beyond May 25; or they might decide to add extra minutes to the end of the school day to make up the missed time.
Classes are released from school 40 minutes earlier than usual on Early Release Fridays. They begin September 4, 2026, and continue until April 9, 2027, with some exceptions. Dates for Early Release Fridays are as follows:
The first semester of the 2026-27 school year includes 84 instructional days and four professional days for a total of 88 days. The second semester includes 88 instructional days and one professional day for a total of 89 days. Altogether, the school year has 172 total instructional days.
