Todd Borland

Executive Director of Information Technology

Todd Borland began working for Union Public Schools in 1999.   He was named executive director of Information Technology in the spring of 2013, after serving as associate director of the department.

Borland earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in 1999. He started with the district providing network and desktop support for the beginning stages of the wide-area network.  Since 1999, Borland has helped design and implement the ever-expanding network and computer base installation. 

Before he worked for Union, he worked for a Broken Arrow company called Electronic Label Technology providing customer support and sales integration of custom-built software applications.

Borland earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University and a master’s degree in school administration from Northeastern State University. He is seeking a Doctorate of Educational Technology from Oklahoma State University.
