Union Public Schools is excited to announce that we have entered into an agreement with CareATC to provide employee clinics for Union PPO members and their families.  PPO members and their families who are on Union’s PPO plan are able to access any of the seven (7) CareATC clinics in the Tulsa metro.  Appointments are required to visit the clinics, and in person visits can be scheduled over the phone.

CareATC is a leader in employee clinics, as is evidenced by their exceptional service and technology.   CareATC has its own phone app that allows you to make Virtual Primary Care appointments in real time.   Additionally, we will be removing the $5 copay and visits to any of the CareATC clinic site will have a $0 copayment.

The CareATC clinics are open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some Tulsa area clinics open during the lunch hour. Employees will still be able to have their labs taken and receive some generic medication for free at the clinic. Union PPO members will be able to have virtual primary care visits with a physician from 7 am to 7 pm seven (7) days a week at a $0 copay via telephone or Zoom! Some generic prescriptions resulting from these virtual visits will be called into an area pharmacy and may be picked up at a $0 copay to the member.
