403(b) & 457 Options
The District offers all employees the opportunity to participate in a 403(b) and 457 savings plan that allows the employee to save towards retirement by contributing part of his/her paycheck to a 403(b) and 457 retirement savings account. Money deducted, on a tax-deferred or after-tax (Roth) basis, is an investment in the selected 403(b) and 457 retirement accounts.

The following is the currently approved 403(b) retirement savings account vendor:
403(b) ASP with Edward Jones - Offers mutual funds, with representatives from Edward Jones for investment assistance, and provides a consolidated quarterly statement that shows all 403(b) investments.
457 Options
457 Plan with TIAA - Financial advisors from Northstar Wealth Management can assist you with enrolling at an appropriate percentage, picking the investment options, and make sure you feel confident about your retirement goals.
