Union Athletics has announced its elementary intramural track and cross country programs for the summer.
"We have had two great summers introducing kids to the sports of Track & Field and Cross Country while helping develop speed that benefits all sports," Track & Field and Cross Country Head Coach Tim Dial said. "We place a big emphasis on proper running form and movement mechanics to help kids improve speed in an age-appropriate way while still making it fun."
