Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship

To be eligible to participate in the Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship Program, the parent will notify Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) directly of your intent to participate in the LNH Scholarship program. 

The LNH Scholarship Application is available online to parents/guardians on the OSDE website and can also can be obtained by contacting the OSDE, Special Education Services (SES).  The application can be downloaded and mailed or faxed to the OSDE for parent/guardian’s convenience.   Applications received after the December 1 deadline will be considered for the following school year.
