What is an Individualized Educational Program (IEP)?
An IEP is a program developed to support a student’s educational needs.
- Describes a student’s learning strengths and needs
- Identifies a student’s learning goals and objectives
- Provides for progress monitoring of a student’s learning goals and objectives
- Provides for appropriate related services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech, Transportation)
- Includes appropriate accommodations and/or modifications for students to access curriculum
