5035 Progress Reports/Report Cards

All parents are encouraged to use the district’s online gradebook access to monitor their child’s progress on a continuing basis. A parent/Guardian may receive a printed grade report upon request.

Students shall be provided the opportunity to see their grades online in order to monitor their own progress.

 

ELEMENTARY (grades pre-kindergarten through five)

Based on the performance of each student, mastery levels/grades shall be posted at the close of each nine-week period. The teacher shall notify the parents/guardians whenever there is evidence of the student’s possible failure or significant decline in performance, and an appointment with the parent/guardian may be scheduled.

 

SECONDARY (grades six-twelve)

Grades are to be calculated cumulatively during each semester. The teacher shall notify parents/guardians whenever there is evidence of the student’s possible failure or significant decline in performance, and an appointment with the parent/guardian may be scheduled.
