4077 One-Time Stipends

The Board of Education and the Superintendent may determine that sufficient revenues are available and that the Board of Education will consider using those funds for a one-time, non-recurring stipend to be paid to qualifying employees designated as a result of one-time stipend negotiations or as recommended by the Superintendent and approved by the Board of Education. The one-time stipend does not count as part of total recurring compensation as defined by state law. The Board of Education shall also have the sole right to modify salaries and to decide if a one- time stipend is to be made, the amount available, and set the criteria and amounts for such stipends.
