4076 Benefits, Stipends, Leave-Administrative Employees
When a benefit, stipend amount or leave benefit is not individually specified for administrators in Board policy or their employment contract or on a Superintendent-approved schedule maintained in the Human Resources Department, the administrator shall receive the greater benefit as specified in either the USPA or UCTA master contract unless the Board of Education specifically excludes applicability to administrators.
