4058 Employment of Family Members

In order to assure the impartial administration of school business, no members of the same family related within the third degree by consanguinity (by blood) or affinity (by marriage) will be hired or placed in a direct supervisory relationship or in the same department without the approval of the Superintendent or designee.

No current employee will be terminated because of this regulation, but reassignments may be made by administration when feasible to enforce this policy.
