4001 Negotiated Policy Booklets

The district shall maintain the ratified agreements by the Union Classroom Teachers’ Association, Union Support Personnel Association, and the Board of Education within 45 days of ratification on the district’s website available to the public unless extenuating circumstances prevail. Applicable policies shall be distributed by the Human

Resources Department to all new employees who are eligible members of the bargaining units of the district. Copies may be requested through the Communications Department by employees who do not have Internet access. Updated sections of the booklets shall be distributed or posted on the district website by the Communications Department for access by all continuing eligible members of the bargaining units and all school sites and departments. An employee may contact the Communications Department to request a copy of the booklet or updated sections of the booklet.
