2055 Definition of Administrator and Personnel Exempt from the Bargaining Unit

Administrators shall include the Superintendent, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Superintendent, Associate Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, Senior Executive Directors, Executive Directors, Principals, Directors, Assistant Principals, Associate Directors, Assistant Directors and Program Directors, and other employees as designated by the Superintendent.

Professional Associates and Support Associate Employees shall include those employees designated by the Superintendent and as per the negotiated support master contract. They shall be eligible for compensation and benefits as specified in the support master contract and such other benefits as per the schedule maintained in the Human Resources Department for Professional Associate and Support Associate Employees. Certified employees who are exempt from the UCTA bargaining unit will receive compensation and benefits as per the schedule maintained in the Human Resources Department.
