Join and become a member of the SouthCrest Wellness and Sports Medicine Center at the Union Multipurpose Activity Center, 6836 S. Mingo Road.
Union Public Schools and Southcrest Hospital of Tulsa have partnered together to operate the new SouthCrest Wellness Center, located on the northeast side of the UMAC. The wellness center is an opportunity for students, staff and the community for total fitness via a variety of cardiovascular, strength and conditioning equipment. The wellness center also features an indoor running track, aerobic exercise classes and nutrition and healthy lifestyle programs administered by SouthCrest. Union and SouthCrest are excited about offering this facility and specialized fitness services to the public.

SouthCrest Hospital is proud to be a part of the Union Multipurpose Activity Center. The wellness center features state of the art equipment, and personal trainers are available for a reasonable fee.
