How to Access Union District E-mail from Home
You can access your district email from any Internet browser.

Accessing Email Instructions - Downloadable Instructions

In In the URL or address line type:

  • https://mail.unionps.org/owa
  • Do not type www in front of the address.
  • Click on “This is a private computer” when accessing email from home.
  • Click on “This is a public or shared computer” when accessing email anywhere other than home.
  • If you are using Mac Safari browser, FireFox browser or a version of Internet Explorer older than 7 (does not have a gold ring aross the “e”); click on “Use Outlook Web Access Light”
  • Type in your Union E-mail Address:  i.e. lastname.first@unionps.org
  • Password: your computer logon password from school

The new Office Outlook Web Access looks and works like the Outlook on your computer at school.

Click on Options on the top right to change your Union computer password from home.

Outlook Light works faster but does not contain all features. It uses only Plain Text, does not spell check or print. Calendar reminders do not work. E-mails that you have saved to personal folders are on your computer at school and can not be accessed from home.

To properly log off your Union e-mail:

  • Click Log Off on the top right of your screen.
  • Close your browser to permanently disconnect from your email.
