Students must turn in a completed physical form dated after May 1, 2012, to the coach at the time of tryouts for the 2012-2013 school year. There will be no exceptions. Schedules will be posted when applicable.
Do not turn physicals into the Athletics Department. Athletes are responsible for furnishing copies of physicals directly to the coach. The Athletic Department will not keep copies of physicals on file and is not responsible for furnishing copies of physicals to the coaches.
Physicals performed by an M.D. or D.O. are recommended.
Physicals are mandatory. In order to tryout or participate in any athletic activity for any school year, the athlete must turn a current physical into the coach at the time of tryouts. Please do not give the original of this physical to the coach; turn in a copy. Only physicals dated after May 1 of the preceding year will be accepted for tryouts and will be valid through the end of the following school year.
UNION BASEBALL TRYOUTS for Incoming FRESHMAN and New Students 2013-2014

Need to Bring: Baseball attire; Baseball Cleats, Baseball pants, Baseball shirt,
Baseball hat, glove, catchers gear (if you are a catcher), baseball bat, and sunscreen.
Each Player: Evaluated at Individual Position Skills: fielding, throwing, arm strength, running, and hitting. Saturday will be an invite scrimmage and these players will be assigned to a team and evaluated at scrimmage performance.
All girls must wear shin guards and be properly equipped.
If there is a conflict with club practice/game, let me know and we will work it out.
All girls trying out must have a sports physical. All-Sports Physical Night is Monday, May 6th at the UMAC from 6:00pm - 8:45 p.m. Cost is $25.
