The Union Multipurpose Activity Center, 6836 S. Mingo Road, is a mid-sized venue unlike any other in the region. It includes a 5,600-seat multi-use arena, versatile floor space, a student store, locker and dressing rooms, concessions, offices and a wellness center.
The UMAC was designed to easily accommodate conventions, trade shows, sporting events, conference and performances as well as meet the needs of our students and patrons. It is located in the heart of south Tulsa, visitors are only minutes away from three major highways, retail shops, restaurants and hotels.
Voters in the Union district overwhelmingly passed two consecutive bond issues to pay for the $22-million building. After two years of construction, the UMAC opened its doors in November 2003.

Tickets for certain events at the UMAC and other venues such as the Union Performing Arts Center may be handled differently. If special instructions for tickets are necessary, they will be posted.
Parking
Ample parking is provided for patrons of the UMAC. southwest of the center, allowing Union to accomodate parking for both the UMAC and Union High School while school is in session. The parking has been designed to provide area residents easier access to the U-Wear Spirit Store, located on the west side of the Center, and to the Wellness Center, located on the northeast side, without disturbing class.
Marketing team
District operations staffs provide event service assistance as required for each event type. The staff works cooperatively and jointly with other district departments in order to provide optimal services to the District and patrons, as well as the community.
The UMAC marketing department is also instrumental in promoting partnerships and sponsorship opportunities between Union Public Schools and the business community.
