Union High School Visual Arts Department is proud to announce the 2nd Place winner of the Congressional Art Exhibition, Rhett Gause. Last night, during the opening held at the BOK at Southern Hills Building, Congressman John Sullivan and Southwest Airlines announced the winners. Rhett is shown with his piece Remembrance: Ronnie Balfour.
