On Wednesday, October 7, 41 Intermediate High School Business Professionals of American Club members toured the University of Oklahoma campus.
After taking a tour of the South Oval and the North Oval, the students heard from the Prospective Students office. She talked some about college life and gave students tips for them to concentrate on now. They should learn to write. They know they can text, but they need to be able to write. They should read. They will be doing a lot of reading in college. They must start now and make A’s & B’s in their classes. It doesn’t matter if it is an on-level class, AP class, or concurrent class. They need to make A’s & B’s. Get involved in the community. Take leadership roles in activities at school and in their community.
