Pillars of character
December 19, 2008
The Jefferson Character Counts assembly on Friday, December 12 honored Jefferson students who exemplified the character pillar for November and December, which was caring. After students of the month were named, the PTA presented the “Catch the Dream” award winners for November and December as well. Winners were 2nd Grade Teacher, Lynne Hosey and ARC Specialist, Barbara Smith. Congratulations! The entertainment for the assembly was provided by the Jefferson Monticello Musicians, who sang several festive holiday songs. Submitted by teacher Amber Tait.
