Darnaby enjoys Native American presentation

Sonya Neece, one of our Darnaby 4th grade teachers arranged for Greg Comfort to come a do a presentation for the whole fourth grade. He is Cherokee and wore his regalia and talked about the four main dances done at pow wows, explained the meanings of the different parts of his regalia and demonstrated a dance for the kids. Plus he taught a little bit of language. He is a Tulsa police officer and was amazing with the kids.
