Students at the 8th Grade Center dressed like the Founding Fathers for the school's annual reenactment of the first Constitutional Convention on November 15. The lesson combines government and history and students proray different people as they read documents from that momentous occassion.
Physics students catapulted the orange objects into the air using trebuchets they built themselves behind Union High School, 6636 S. Mingo, on November 1.

Andersen students honored veterans in a big way! More than 300 people attended an assembly honoring Veterans. More than 50 veterans attended and were introduced individually with each one receiving a framed commendation from the Governor’s office.
