Back-to-School Kick-off set August 13
Mark your calendar for a fun-filled and meaningful morning planned for the start of what promises to be an exciting and rewarding school year. “Celebrating What’s Right with the World” is the theme for the 2007-2008 Employee Back-to-School Kick-Off at the Union High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) Monday, August 13.
Come early and visit with your friends. Coffee and donuts will be served in the lobby from 8:00 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. The program starts promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Be sure to sign in at your department’s designated table in the PAC lobby, because it is a regular work day and proof of attendance is necessary for receipt of the stipend that returning employees who qualify will receive in August. Afternoon activities are planned by each site or department.
Enjoy the rest of the summer, and we’ll see you August 13 to start looking at (perhaps in a whole new way) “What’s Right with the World!”
