Apply Now for CAP's Home-based Early Childhood Education Programs

Community Action Project is accepting applications for two home-based early childhood education programs for families that live in the Union district.  Union - CAPThe Union Home-based and the Parents as Teachers programs  serve families with children ages birth through three.

  • Both programs are offered at no cost to families that meet eligibility requirements up to 185% of federal poverty guidelines.
  • Certified parent educators meet with families in their homes weekly or bi-weekly.
  • Each home visit is focused around supporting the child’s development and providing early learning experiences in the home environment.
  • New activities are introduced to the parent and child to do together to support the child’s physical growth and development as well as preparation for success in school.
  • Both programs provide parent social connections and child developmental screenings.

If you are interested in learning more about either home-based programs, call 918-585-3227 for more information on applying or details on qualifying.
