Three-time winner at state fair

Congratulations to Bernice Tharps, lead financial clerk for Child Nutrition, who won three ribbons at the Tulsa State Fair this year: 1st place Chow Chow Relish; 2nd place Fleishmann’s Yeast Contest Bake for the Cure “Garlic Basil Bread;” and 3rd place Gingerbread.
