The Union Redskins Varsity Cheerleading Squad won the Class 6A State Championship on Saturday, October 1, at Oklahoma State University. The girls’ performance showcased the dedication and hard work the squad had been putting in prior to the weekend. In addition, they received the OSSAA State Academic Achievement certificate for a team GPA of 3.25 and a ranking in the top 1/3 of their classification. Congratulations to the girls and coaches Stacey Beams and Cat Weeden!
