Originally posted January 18, 2019
Union Public Schools and TulsaKids Magazine invites parents and families to learn about summer camps, programs, and other learning activities available to children in the Tulsa community.
The Summer Camps and Activities Fair will take place on Saturday, April 6, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Union Multipurpose Activity Center, 6836 S. Mingo Road. The event is free of charge and open to all Tulsa-area families. Photos below are from 2018.
“We often hear from our families the challenge they have sorting out all of the summer programs and activities available to their children. This will be our fourth year to offer this opportunity,” said Kulsum Siddiqui, District Community School Liaison for Union Public Schools.
“As always, our goal with the Summer Camps and Activities Fair is to provide parents and families with convenient one-stop shopping so they can maximize their child’s summer learning opportunities,” Siddiqui said. “It’s also a chance for providers to engage one-on-one with parents and families, familiarizing them with the benefits of their particular camp, activity, or program. This is going to be an amazing event, for parents and exhibitors alike!”
