    There is no school Wednesday - Friday, October 17-19, 2018, to allow for parent-teacher conferences on Wednesday, and Fall Break on Thursday and Friday. The Early Childhood Education Center will be in school on Wednesday, October 17, but closed Thursday and Friday. continue reading

    Bring your unwanted, unused or expired prescription drugs for safe and proper disposal for Prescription Drug Take Back Day from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, October 27. Drop-off locations will be at Union High School and Ellen Ochoa Elementary.     Tulsa Symphony Orchestra continues to partner with the Rosa Parks Early Childhood Education Center as TSO musicians Susie Brown and Sarah Evans took recorders to the playground for "Sound Explorations." When they discovered a spider making a web, they even played "Itsy Bitsy Spider!"  continue reading

  • Health & Wellness Fair under way until 6 p.m. today

    The 5th Annual Union Health & Wellness Fair is under way at the UMAC and it is already attracting good crowds. The fair is open to employees, retirees and their families until 6 p.m. today. Sponsored by OU-Physicians-Tulsa and Union Public Schools, the fair will give away prizes and provide a free wellness screening, free hearing screening and free annual flu shots - and lots more. continue reading
