June 21, 2018The Oklahoma PTA will host a free Pro-Public Education Benefit Concert at the Guthrie Green from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 23 Saturday – just before the primary election on Tuesday. The PTA invites you to come out and support teachers all while enjoying an evening of music and activities for the whole family. There are a couple of deadlines you need to know for casting an absentee ballot or taking advantage of early voting. .. Oklahoma voters must request an absentee ballot by 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 20. .. Early voting will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 21 and Friday, June 22. On Saturday, June 23, you can vote from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. more
June 19, 2018A public awareness campaign to help ensure nutrition for summertime learning is celebrating its second year. Launched in 2017 by the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) and its Office of Child Nutrition, the #Food4ThoughtOK campaign is designed to increase the number of free meals served to Oklahoma kids age 18 and under during the federally funded Summer Food Service Program. more
June 19, 2018Chris Ducker, principal of the Union Alternative School, 5656 S. 129th E. Ave., will conduct a forum for students in grades 9-12 who have applied or who wish to apply to the Alternative School at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28 in Building B at the school. more
June 19, 2018Once again, Union Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Las Escuelas Públicas de Union están participando en el programa de Servicio de Alimentos para el verano. June 18, 2018Schedule pick-up for secondary grades has been announced. Pick-up will take place at the school the student is attending. Inside are dates and times. more
June 18, 20182018 Seniors will be able to pick up their diplomas beginning Monday, June 18. Diplomas may be picked up in the UCA lobby from 8 am to 4 pm. Seniors need to bring their ID or Driver’s License for pick-up. If a student is 18, the diploma must be picked up by the student. Please call 918-357-7204 if you have questions.
